Join us in our “glass house” for an intimate dinner among twinkly lights, surrounded by a tropical jungle of plants, serenaded by the light jazz of Richard Maxwell, followed by our after dinner speaker, Scott Vaughan, to share “Love in These Times.”
The evening’s menu, prepared by Executive Chef Drew Thompson, consists of appetizers, mixed green salad with raspberries, local feta cheese & honey, with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing; butter rolls, an entree of Beef Teres Major, with Herb Rubbed & Port Wine Cheese Reduction; Seared Salmon with Pesto with Sun Dried Tomato, Chive Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Almandine and Chocolate Souffle’ Cake with Raspberry Sauce. Wine, paired with the dinner, and beer, iced tea, water and coffee will be served.
