PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
If so, we’re looking for a pleasant and engaging person to work approximately 32 hours per week, (including at least 2 weekend days per month) in our office to begin immediately. As an Office Administrator, you would be responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks as assigned.
- Organized and energetic
- Able to balance diverse demands in any given day
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Strong computer skills required (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher)
- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
- Able to design and create attractive print material
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solver
- Basic gardening knowledge

SEASONAL EMPLOYEES for Spring 2021
to begin work around mid–February
SALES ASSOCIATES – Help customers select plants, including trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, tropicals and indoor plants. Answer questions regarding plant characteristics and care. Assist with pricing, watering, merchandising and cleaning. Some weekend hours required. Some plant knowledge required.
CASHIERS – Use computer point-of-sale system to process sales transactions in our Garden Center, Gift Shoppe, and Fresh Produce Market. Some weekend hours required. Some plant knowledge helpful, but not required.
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE – Unload trucks, price plant material, place plants and other merchandise in selling area. Load purchases into customers’ vehicles. Keep sales and work areas clean. Make deliveries. Some weekend hours required. Some plant knowledge helpful, but not required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
