WINGARD’S MARKET PLANT WARRANTY AND
 MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Wingard’s Market!  We appreciate your business & understand that there are times when merchandise may need to be returned or exchanged.

Plants – Trees & Shrubs which are returned alive and well and unplanted within in 7 days of purchase may receive a full refund.  Trees & Shrubs which are returned after 7 days and within 6 months of purchase are covered by a replacement warranty.  Plants must be returned, along with a sales receipt to receive a replacement.  Replacement plants have no further warranty.  There is no warranty and no return on Annuals, Perennials, Citrus, Tropical Plants, Indoor Plants, Holiday Plants, Water plants, and Balled & Burlapped plants.  Plants purchased at a discount are Final Sale, are not returnable and have no replacement warranty.

Giftique – All unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt, original tags, and original packaging for a full refund.  After 7 days, and up to 30 days after purchase, a store credit will be issued.  No returns are allowed more than 30 days after purchase. Items that have been received as a gift must have a proof of purchase to receive a store credit; no refunds will be issued to a recipient of a gift.  Gift receipts are available at time of purchase, upon request.  Holiday themed items may not be returned after the Holiday.  All sales are final on items purchased at a discount.

Produce Market & Backyard Nature Center – Food items that do not meet the quality expected, may be returned within 7 days with receipt for replacement or store credit.  No returns after 7 days.  All unopened, unused non-food items may be returned within 7 days of purchase with receipt, original tags, and original packaging for a full refund.  After 7 days, and up to 30 days after purchase, a store credit will be issued.  No returns are allowed more than 30 days after purchase.
