Just as a birdhouse creates habitat for your birds, the Toughie Tube creates a unique habitat for the Tree Frogs that live in your backyard! Treefrogs like moist, weedy areas near bodies of water.
Place your Toughie Tube in flower gardens, at the base of trees, next to shrubs, next to a downspout from your gutter or a water spigot. The moisture from the soil creates a suitable micro-climate favored by most Tree Frogs. Make sure drive your Toughie Tube at least 6 inches into the ground or to the point where the design starts. Treefrogs naturally like to hang out in plants waiting to nab a bug crawling by or avoid detection from their predators. Check your Toughie Tube by peaking in the top. It may take a week or two for the frogs to find their new home. If Treefrogs take more than a few weeks to move in, try moving your Toughie Tube to a new spot.
